“There is an old adage: “Knowledge is power” If you want power on your side the next time you sell your home, We would wholeheartedly suggest you contact Wendy Kellison of Morrison House Sotheby’s International Realty. Yes, that’s right Sotheby’s: they also assist in the sale of your home and they are darn good at what they do.
When Wendy arrived she was respectful as she had us walk her through our home and property. Following the walk-through, Wendy sat down with us and shared the sales information she had compiled for our area and similar properties. She shared with us the logic for home pricing and potential downside associated with miss-listing a property, that is to say listing it too high for the market place.
This guidance was all very informative and helpful. It became obvious that while Sotheby’s provides Wendy with an extensive set of tools, Wendy is more than willing to employ them to leverage the sale of a home.
While we still are in the process of listing our home, there is no doubt we will have Wendy list and sell it for us and would encourage anyone reading this to consider the same.”

“Wendy Kellison was a God-send as we were looking for our future retirement home, with limited time coming from out of state. She not only helped us ahead of our visit with preparing a list of appropriate homes we wanted to view, but also worked hard to prepare an entire packet of information on the areas we were interested in. She communicated almost daily so our list of homes was up to date before we arrived to make good use of our time. When we met her, she had binders of info ready in her car, so we could easily view homes and take any necessary notes as we went along. She was so professional, knowledgeable, personable, humorous, and enjoyable company as we toured various homes. She answered all questions and found out answers to our questions if she did not know them on the spot. We found our dream home rather quickly, and she made the process from offer to closing a breeze. Wendy also took videos of the home inspection and kept us informed every step of the way. We relied on her after closing since we did not know anyone in the area, as to good resources/recommendations for service people and companies to do business with. Even her restaurant recommendations were wonderful!
We were pleased to have Wendy as our realtor, but also happy to call her our new friend in the area! We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor in the WA area”.

“My husband, Tim, and I just bought our first house. It was such a nerve-wracking, heart-breaking, and stressful step. Aside from helping us find our perfect home by looking for hours at houses for some that fit us, Wendy was so many things that made buying a home easier. Wendy showed us how caring she is when we had all been searching for about 1 month when our situation changed and we had to look in a new area. Wendy stayed by our side despite the long drive to look at houses in the new area. Not only is she caring, but she is considerate! She always remembers our kids’ names, our puppy’s name, and our jobs and seems genuinely interested. In fact, on closing, Wendy gave us a very thoughtful gift full of helpful and sweet gifts with something for everybody! She is not only caring and considerate, Wendy is very flexible. As a professor who works on many committees, my schedule was very spontaneous. Wendy had no problem being able to meet at the last minute or to squeeze something in. Wendy was with us every step of the way and made sure to send us clear lists: houses, neighborhoods, closing, move-in, etc. She is very thorough. The market is tough and every time I was in despair, Wendy was right back to emailing with another list of possible homes. She is amazing and very much recommended!”
