dates back to 1971 when the family History of the Morrison's and Real Estate began. Company founder, Michael Morrison was growing up in upstate New York. Michael's parents started Morrison Realty in a small retail space in the village of Fort Ticonderoga. A legacy was started for Michael and his love for real estate grew. Later in life, Michael's path brought him to the forefront of the national luxury home market with his award winning work. Michael, saw a need for a local luxury brokerage in the Pierce County market. He found that unique and upper end properties where not being afforded the same exposure and treatment that they deserved. That the market was mainly a collection of agent mills run by common big box retail store type brokerages. That the clients, homes and lifestyles deserved specialists rather than just a mediocre department in a big box brokerage.

So, Michael founded Morrison House. A power house of the Morrison tradition of selling homes and matching lifestyles
